Description
Our Traditional ADA Bench embraces the recommendations set forth in the United States Access Board Guidelines and Standards. The 18-3/4" seat height and arms are helpful to mature guests, and everyone with limited mobility, when sitting down and rising to stand again. The seat is extra deep and the taller 21" seat back provides full support for the back, head and neck.

One line of Memorial text is included. Memorial text is Times New Roman. Memorial messages can be up to 9 1/2 letters per foot of the bench with messages on up to two of the recycle plastic slats.
We are limited to 9 1/2 spaces per foot of bench. A 6 foot bench can use up to 57 spaces per line.
To use your artwork or company logo we will need a .DWG or .EPS file of your logo/artwork in the highest resolution possible.
NOTE ON ADA BENCHES: The United States Access Board (www.access-board.gov) established ADA Guidelines and Standards stating "where benches without tables are provided at a single location: at least 50% but no fewer than one, shall have a seat height at the front edge of 43 cm (17") minimum and 49 cm (19") maximum above the ground or floor space." (R307.6.3.2); "at least 50%, but no fewer than one, shall provide clear space complying with R402" (30" minimum by 48" minimum) "positioned at the end of the bench seat and located for shoulder-to-shoulder seating" (R307.6.3.1). All of our backed benches meet the ADA seat height guideline. The Traditional ADA Bench meets the additional recommendations under Advisory R307.6.3.2 that "Benches will be most useful if they have full back support and armrests to assist in sitting and standing."
